Hi, my name is Cristina and I´m looking for a 3 bedroom apartment in Madrid. That is probably the phrase that I've used the most in the last month. Since my one year contract in the flat I'm currently living in is coming to an end my search for my next home has started, this includes stress, uncertainty and many emotional moments, some of them are memories of all the experiences that I lived there, others about the things that happened during this time but mostly come when thinking about how much everything has changed, including myself. I`ve moved around 17 times in 3 different countries so I'm quite an expert about this, but the thing that I always try to remind myself is that there is no home but the one you create. So with this project I wanted to externalise my worries about all the things I should have and shouldn´t have done during this year, the plans that never happened and the things that keep on happening no matter what, the ups and downs, the things I´ve lost and the others I´ve found, the feelings bottled in these walls and the struggle that it has been and that will be until I find my next home
